Do we want to be SAPped Again? Part 2

Continued from yesterday, Monday, January 24, 2012 .  The piece below is a draft of a paper published as: “The Dividends of Democracy:  The Nigeria Experience” in Olayiwola Abegunrin and Olusoji Akomolafe, Eds. Nigeria in Global Politics: Twentieth Century and Beyond (Nova Publishers, 2006). PRESS RELEASE Nigeria’s corporate existence is threatened - Osundare, Ajasin, Falola, others A group of Nigerians under the aegis of Committee for Concerned Nigerians, which includes acclaimed poet, Professor Niyi Osundare , son of the late leader of the National Democratic Coalition (NADECO),  Mr. Tokunbo Ajasin , and US-based Nigerian professors, Professor Amina Mama, Professor Toyin Falola , and Professor Mojubaolu Olufunke Okome , has stated that Nigeria’s corporate existence as one country is threatened.
